We manufacture these units using hardened, precision-ground helical gears (machined to DIN 5 / ISO 5 quality grades) to guarantee optimal meshing. By employing industrial 3D sand printing for our molds, we eliminate the constraints of traditional draft angles, enabling the creation of complex, high-efficiency internal fluid cooling jackets. Cast from aerospace-grade lightweight aluminum alloys with wall thicknesses optimized down to 2.5 mm, these blocks provide superior thermal dissipation under sustained high-rpm loads.

  • Aerospace Precision Reducers: Built for critical rotor and propulsion mechanisms in aerial vehicles. Housed in meticulously machined lightweight alloys, these reducers are dynamically balanced to G2.5 standards and incorporate high-speed bearing interference fits. They are rigorously tested to maintain structural resilience and anti-fatigue performance even under extreme thrust-to-weight demands.

This includes X-ray inspection for internal porosity, alongside Ultrasonic (UT), Magnetic Particle (MT), and Fluorescent Penetrant (PT) inspections for subsurface and surface defect detection.
