Kangshuo Group concluded a successful presence at the 2025 International Engine & Power Equipment Expo, held from November 12–14 at the Nanjing International Expo Center. As a leading provider of intelligent manufacturing solutions and precision powertrain components, we presented our latest achievements in 3D-printed sand molds, high-precision castings, and digital factory technologies.
At the center of our booth, visitors gathered around the inline six-cylinder engine block and cylinder head 3D-printed sand mold assembly.
The mold’s 0.2 mm spiral cooling channels were visible through a specially designed cutaway section, demonstrating the extreme resolution achievable through our additive manufacturing systems.
The CGI engine block section, cast with integrated oil & water passages and machining allowances under 2 mm, attracted engineers focused on structural integrity and process optimization.
These exhibits reflected Kangshuo Group’s extensive experience in complex geometry sand casting, lightweight design, and high-efficiency prototype-to-production workflows.
On-site, we showcased a full range of components manufactured for marine, automotive, industrial and new-energy applications:
Single-cylinder marine anti-corrosion cylinder cover, proven through 30-day salt spray testing with no visible corrosion.
2/3/4/6-cylinder blocks and heads, arranged in a “step” layout with QR codes linking to material specifications, mechanical properties, and real-world application scenarios.
New-energy motor end-cap sand molds, featuring complex cooling ribs printed in a single build—reducing tooling time from 15 days to 24 hours.
Each product was supported by verifiable test data and technical documentation, emphasizing Kangshuo Group’s commitment to quality and transparency.
A live display of our Gaoping “lights-out” smart foundry gave visitors a true look into the future of casting automation:
AGVs transporting sand molds autonomously
Robots performing automatic core-setting
Real-time laser measurement showing pass-rate data on-screen
Through a simple input of bore size, stroke, and rated power, our system generated instant outputs for:
sand printing cycle
pouring and machining rhythm
digital inspection sequences
estimated carbon emissions
This fully digital workflow demonstrated our capability to support predictive production planning and low-carbon manufacturing.
Kangshuo Group will continue advancing the integration of 3D sand printing with traditional casting, expanding its role in the global shift toward smart, low-carbon, and high-efficiency power system manufacturing.
We thank every partner, engineer, and industry expert who visited our booth. Your feedback drives our innovation and strengthens our mission to empower the next generation of energy and power technologies.
