Kangshuo Group participated in China Wind Power 2026 (CWP2026), held from October 14 to 16 at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall) in Beijing. At Booth W3-B10, Kangshuo presented its capabilities in large wind power castings and digital foundry manufacturing, highlighting solutions for demanding industrial applications.
As one of China's key events for the wind energy industry, CWP2026 brought together wind turbine manufacturers, component suppliers, research institutions, and industry organizations to explore supply chain resilience, equipment reliability, and the future of clean energy.

As wind turbines continue to increase in capacity, large cast components play an important role in equipment strength, operational reliability, and long-term performance.
Kangshuo's wind power product portfolio includes gearbox housings, planet carriers, and main-bearing end covers. These components require precise process control and reliable casting quality to meet demanding structural and operational requirements.
At CWP2026, Kangshuo highlighted how its integrated manufacturing capabilities support the production of complex, large-scale castings. By combining casting simulation, 3D sand printing, heat treatment, precision machining, and non-destructive testing, the company supports customers from prototype development through production.
3D sand printing enables complex sand molds and cores to be produced directly from digital designs, reducing dependence on conventional pattern tooling and helping simplify complex internal geometries. This approach can improve manufacturing flexibility during product development and design changes.

Another important industry development is the growing connection between energy infrastructure and AI computing. The expansion of data centers is increasing the importance of reliable power systems, including high-power backup diesel generator sets.
This creates adjacent opportunities for manufacturers of large engine castings, particularly CGI (compacted graphite iron) cylinder blocks and cylinder heads for V16 and V20 engine platforms.
These components feature complex internal structures, including cooling jackets and oil galleries, and require careful control of casting quality, material properties, and machining accuracy.
Kangshuo is applying its large-casting and digital manufacturing expertise to both wind power components and generator engine castings. Shared capabilities in 3D sand printing, casting, heat treatment, machining, and inspection provide a flexible manufacturing foundation for these two demanding applications.

CWP2026 highlighted the industry's continued focus on component reliability, manufacturing efficiency, and resilient global supply chains. For component suppliers, the ability to combine engineering support, flexible production, and consistent quality is increasingly important.
Kangshuo Group continues to integrate 3D sand printing into its foundry operations, connecting digital mold production with casting and downstream manufacturing processes. This integrated approach supports complex casting requirements across wind power and industrial power equipment.
Kangshuo thanks everyone who visited Booth W3-B10 at CWP2026. The company looks forward to building new partnerships and supporting customers worldwide with advanced casting and manufacturing solutions.
